We loved staying at this condo and will come back again! We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days and were amazed at how clean and spacious it was. It has great view of the ocean and it is on the ground floor for easy access. It is only a few minutes walk from the private beach. We went snorkeling there and saw lots of fish.

We feel so lucky to have found this gem of a condo. It accommodated our family perfectly and found everything about the property very tasteful and clean. The location was ideal for the what we wanted, just far enough out of town to not feel the hustle and bustle of Cabo. The pool and hottub were all very well kept. The local beach was BEAUTIFUL and walking distance as well. I would highly reccomend staying here, the owner was very helpful too.

This place was perfect for our needs! We had never been to Cabo before and knew we did not want to do an all inclusive so we opted for a VRBO property and we are glad that we did. After several inquiries and looking at pros and cons to different properties I think we ended up getting exactly what we had expected and wanted. I think the final deciding factor was that the property was gated and we were able to get a place on ground level. The decorations were tasteful, the couches and beds comfortable, and incredibly clean. We felt at home. We did not get a chance to check out the pools because we had something planned almost daily, but, we did however get to the beach several times and truly enjoyed that. Towels were provided along with snorkel gear and beach necessities we all available to us for use. (I personally found the beach sand to be somewhat rough so it doesn't hurt to have some type of beach shoes) I woke early and sat out on the balcony to take in the quietness of the area. The vegetation is beautiful and watching the birds was pleasant also. For the most part, it was quiet and we never had to put up with someone else's loud party or music. We used most everything in the kitchen we knew how to use. We had never used a convection oven before but it was pretty self explanatory, so no problems there. We used the laundry as our towels for the beach needed cleaning. I appreciated this the most as it offered convenience that we might not have had elsewhere. Upon arrival we were greeted with kindness and were told if we needed anything to get a hold of him, and he left a card with information on that. The property is gated and was easy to get to, although at first it was kind of a maze but once we figured it out it became no problem to get around, (That's speaking for all of the areas we drove around, not just in Cabo Bello) Having it gated gave me peace of mind. We parked our rental with plenty of places available. I would definitely return to this property and I highly recommend it. Karen is very quick in responses to questions I had. She also recommended places to eat or shop as I wondered about that. So, if you're sitting there mulling over your choices for different properties to rent for your next vacation, I'd for sure make this a top consideration. My husband and I went over Christmas (2016) with our daughters 20 and 18. We all were comfortable and had plenty of space to stretch out and relax.

The Condo was amazing. Beautifully decorated and an amazing view. Close to amazing restaurants and not far from downtown. The staff were so nice and the property is very secure and the grounds were so beautiful. Very romantic We will definitely be back.
